#8257 I have to confess that I'm disappointed with what passes for "attractive" and "beautiful" these days. I'm 21, and I think it's unfair to judge how amazing (or not amazing) someone is by seeing that person in your class from a distance. The majority of the posts about guys/girls on this page and the secret admirer's page stem from a biological need to spread the seed. When has "love" and "liking" someone become synonymous only their appearance?

I don't see many confessions where two people have actually hung out. No, most of them are a desperate guy who has pinned his self value on relationships recognizing that someone is attractive ON THE OUTSIDE.

I was in a relationship with a 10. It was great at first. We had sex so often that there literally wasn't much left to try. We had the utmost physical attraction. But you know what? Beauty is in the inside. And that person who was amazing through small talk and appearance was a HORRIBLE person on the inside.

So, my confession is that I value personality and legitimately caring about someone over their dynamite appearance. How they act as a person and care about others is key. Inner beauty is what matters. And, I'm ONLY 21. Just because I'm single doesn't mean I suck and life and need to make myself depressed. Hint Hint.

And gents, it takes hard work to find a good girl. They don't fall out of the sky.
