Alright people. A lot of people have been hating on my articles so it inspired me to write today's topic which is haters gonna hate. The majority of people are too focused on what people think of them that it jeopardizes who they really are. People care too much about their image that they put on a fake social mask just to get people to like them. Yes, this would work to get people to like you, except that it doesn't. Because if people like you because you try to act like someone that they would like are they really liking you? Or do they just like the social mask that you have just put on? It is much better to express your true personality and have a few people love you and a few people hate you than to have a superficial relationship with everybody and caring if they like you or not. In fact, if don't have any haters, then it is evidence that you are not expressing your true personality. No matter what your personality is or what you do in life, there will always be haters. You need to have the IDGAF(I don't give a fuck) mentality when interacting with people. This means I'm going to be who I am either accept it or fuck off. The people who you truly are going to connect with are going to love you for who you are. And if people don't accept you then who gives a fuck? If they don't like you for who you are then they probably are not worth getting to know anyways. Sure you won't have as much friends but its quality or quantity because they friends that do stick around are the ones who truly like you for you. This is an excellent way to get rid of those fake friends or I would like to call "fairweather friends" that basically don't really care for you and only talk to you when it benefits them to talk to you. I would like to end with a quote by Dr. Seuss: "Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind." That is all I have to say for today.

#8272 So I'm a girl with quite a few guy friends. I'm 90% sure 2 of them like me; one I know for sure did and probably still does. I'm also in a long term, committed relationship (it's long distance). Sometimes I feel like my guy friends think I'm a huge bitch for 'friendzoning' them. They are great guys, and I like them a lot, but I have already found the person I want to be with my whole life. I feel guilty that I can't reciprocate their feelings and I often find myself making excuses as to why I can't meet with them outside of class because I'm worried that by doing so I would be leading them on. I don't like to hurt people, especially those I care about. So if any of them are reading this, I guess I just want to say I'm sorry.

#8268 I'm a guy and I find it extremely hard to talk to just about anybody new. I'm a pretty shy guy but I have that personality that is pretty awesome when I get to know people. I just stink really bad at finding conversation topics with people and getting conversations to last. This isn't about talking to girls, it's just really hard for me to think of cool things to say to get people to keep talking to me and it keeps me hesitant to try to talk to new people. I have friends that I love but I'd love to have more friends and it just seems nearly impossible for me to reach out. Any tips?
