#9350 I love Purdue, I really do. I love my Major, and most of my friends. I'm also convinced that a huge portion of campus is really damn weird. Seriously. The stuff I hear from the girls I know about how guys act. They take advantage of them or just act plain weird. They'll meet guys at parties that text them verbal vomit for two days trying way too hard. Seriously, an "I love you" because you danced together at a party? Get your shit together Purdudes. And this is just the guys that are socially put together enough to manage to grab a number. The amount of weirdness here is just mind-blowing. Every time I see someone whining on here about being single despite the fact that they put no effort to actually meet girls really grinds my gears.

#9349 Sometimes after street passing all of the fantastic 3ds toting boilermakers on campus I will button mash too quickly and tell someone I think they are "ok...I guess" instead of "fantastic". #9348 I know no one probably cares, but I just have to say it somewhere. After a seven year battle with depression, I have finally found an antidepressant that actually works for me. I've been in therapy, seen specialists, tried nearly every antidepressant on the market. I am so freaking happy (literally) that high doseage zoloft works for me.

Is it ok to never feel smart in your major? I'm a Computer Science major and it's honestly really defeating. I'm just a normal person, not some guru that came in with several years of experience as a freshman. I walk around the Lawson basements and i'm always hearing some guy who is like "Oh this or that was so easy," when it always takes me so long to do anything. As a matter of fact I just came off a huge project that took me all 5 weeks to work on. I put nearly 100 hours in it, went to office hours all the time, and put a stop to all other hobbies for 2 weeks. I got a 50 something on it, while other I would hear other people talking about how they finished in a week. I'm frankly just tired of putting in twice the amount of effort and getting less than half the results. I don't even have confidence whenever i'm assigned anything anymore...
