#9378 I feel like i dont fit in with my friends from home anymore. we all have or are turning 21and all they want to do anymore is go to bars and drink. Drinking was only fun to me when we would play rock band drunk and since we are now 21 they dont want to do that anymore. Is public drinking that cool now? Or just drinking in general. In my opinion bars are really boring and way to expensive yet my friends dont wanna do anything but go to them when we go home and meet up. I kinda think the fact ive been able to get alcohol since i was 16 plays into why drinking isnt as fun to me.

#9376 I'm still bitter over how my ex broke up with me. Honestly, I'm glad he's out of my life, but I can't get over how he did it. Not to mention the fact that he still doesn't seem to give a rat's ass that he let go of the person he asked to MARRY last year. Can't say I miss him, but it's messing with my current state.
I'm dating/seeing someone else, and to me he's great, but he also went through a situation similar to mine. His ex left him for another guy almost right after. As a result, both of us are interested in each other, but are too scarred from our past experiences to move on.
Now I'm here freaking out because I haven't gotten a text from him since early yesterday. Yes, I know it's stupid to freak out about one day, but I want to get to know him better. It's like the space I'm giving him is not good enough.

Things suck.

First let me say me comments were a bit extreme, but if you asked anyone who knows would say that a large part of what I say is not to be taken seriously. Regardless I apologize. In return I ask that you apologize to me, I did not in fact say purdue promise students are stupid. I would be insulting myself since I am a double major in the program myself. I was having a bad day and complaining about the support modules that we are forced to do on top of our class homework. I'm also have a bit of stress about an essay I have to write for a class and an exam I have next week that I have to do well on, the added workload does not help that. We can both take lessons away from this, I should try not to make stupid ranting jokes and you should not fly off the handle about what you think you hear from eavesdropping on others.

#9373 Dear guy who called me an asshole I am the dude that was complaining about purdue promise, I did not in fact say that the students are stupid, I am a purdue promise student myself who also has two majors, what you heard was me complaining about the annoying support modules that we are forced to do on top of the homework I already have, so I think you owe me an apology for flying off the handle over what you think you heard.

Moral of the story actually pay attention to what people say and please refrain from eavesdropping in the future
