#9775 For as long as I can remember I've had an ugly, chunky stomach. Now I'm skinny, I know this and I've been told this. I'm 5'2 and weigh 125-130 normally, not too bad, but it's not the scale that matters so much to me, as where the extra weight is distributed. I go to great lengths to hide it, I prefer jackets and sweatshirts etc. Now I've tried for years to beat it out. I'm very active, have a low heart rate from all the cardio and strength training I do. I work out 5 times a week (and never a treadmill mind you, I do lifting and interval training), so much so that I had to have my hormones checked for imbalances. I was in menopause last semester at 19 because I work out too much and it put too much stress on my body (it forgot to make estrogen). And still, my belly has remained the same disgusting piece of fat it always has. So here's my problem, I've developed an eating disorder. I went Paleo for a semester and even though I'm off it I've never been quite right since. I've always binge eaten, but it's worse. WAY WORSE. I go to Dining Courts purely to eat away my stress and depression over my body in sweets. I'll move tables if I think someone has caught on to what I'm doing. I have a back injury right now, so I can't even exercise to balance it out. I'm waiting to break down into hysterics.
