#10904 I'm almost positive I am slowly gaining a paranoia or anxiety disorder due to long term sleep deprivation. I can't eat and I'm starting to avoid people. I tried making an appointment with CAPS to talk to someone but it would have taken almost a week just to get the phone appointment. I just don't understand the long wait... by then my mindset's completely different and I feel foolish even having made the appointment. It's gonna be a long summer.
