One of my ovaries don't is completely dead. I don't even get the normal period anymore. I spot sometimes every few months but that's it. And today, I find out I'm pregnant! I'm actually quite excited. I mean, I never thought it would happen. I'm nervous about telling my fiance though because we are both grad students with our future pretty much planned out.
