#11832 My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting married after I graduate in two years (he just graduated this semester). We are not engaged right now, however he has been dropping hints that he will propose on my graduation.

We are currently long distance due to him being at home doing grad stuff (applying for jobs), and me being here at Purdue doing the Summer Semester. I would like him to give me a promise ring to show me that he really means that he is in this for the long haul, but also so it is something that I can wear to show that I committed to him, but I don't know how to bring it up.

Does anyone have any ideas?

#11830 I work a lot, and am too broke/don't have the drive to go out to bars to meet girls, and I don't like to drink all that often, so I use things like tinder, POF and OKCupid to talk to girls. I'd like to be in a relationship, I think it would be interesting and that I would do a good job. I send out lots of messages but hardly get any response, but when I do get a response and I start talking to a girl, we talk for some time and then it comes time to ask her out and I panic and tell myself I don't want to meet people right now. And then I stop for a while. And then I decide I want to and the routine starts all over again. I don't know what's wrong with me.
