#11848 Who's here this summer and bored out of their minds and looking to make a new friend? Looking for people to hang with and watch movies and just enjoy the summer instead of being bored out of my mind. Boy or girl doesn't matter, like this if you are interested.

#11847 I don't want kids. I don't have a single maternal instinct. People need to seriously stop saying "you'll change your mind later." Why is that so hard for people to understand?

#11844 Are there any Greek people out there that would want to start a club? Or is there already a club I just don't know about?! I am Greek and I haven't met any since I've been at Purdue. I just want to sit around, drink some Ouzo, dance and maybe smash a plate or two!

#11842 Nobody ever cares and they'll simply say "you have it easy," but there are often times when it is legitimately frustrating to be a white male. Affirmative action makes it harder for us to get jobs. We are constantly expected to "man up" to any emotional stimulus. What's most frustrating is that groups aiming to fight stereotypes and discrimination stereotype us. We're not all racist. We're not all misogynistic assholes. But that's the the modern perspective ultimately implies. That because American society has fostered a system where white males were at one point preferential and infallible, we are not allowed to express any feelings of discrimination. I know the system is flawed and I still have privileges others are not so lucky to have, but why is it that increasing the rights and privileges of others means taking away from some? I don't feel entitled to anything: No one owes me a job, or government assistance, or sex. I am willing to work for the opportunity, as long as it's a fair game. But American society is shifting from one extreme to another, rather than implementing lasting change.
