#13150 Ive got nothing against drinking, but when you get shit faced that's YOUR CHOICE. No one made you do it, even if you were given what you thought was an ultimatum. It always pisses me off when I hear, "He's drunk so don't do anything" or something of the sort. You think you get a free pass? One day you'll get comfortable with the wrong person (not necessarily me) and regret it. CONTROL YOURSELF

#13149 I am an absolute freaking failure. I'm not able to converse with my family as often as I'd like to, my grades are average at best, I am going nowhere with my research even though my advisor has a lot of expectations from me, I'm close to 2 weeks behind on my homework, and when finally after three years of being single I found a good friend in the girl of my dreams, I ended up blowing not just any chances of dating her, I ended up flushing my friendship down the gutter. These things keep me up at night and that further hampers my ability to make amends on any front! Academically things weren't much different when she was around, but her presence made it easier to get through hard times. I miss her. I miss peace of mind.

#13148 My roommate is really nice but we only talk for a few minutes when I initiate a conversation every once in a while. I see others get along with their roommates like they are sisters and it makes me sad to think that may be my roommate just doesn't like me. I know this is a childish rant but I live with this other human being, I think it's ok to want some sort of connection.

#13146 If you are too self-entitled to refrain from walking in the few bike lanes on campus, at least take your headphones out so bikers can tell you to move since you also insist on walking in pairs across the entire lane. That, or never complain about bikers on the sidewalk again. Pick one.

#13144 I look around at the people I pass while walking around campus and wish I could know what kind of a day they are having. Whether a great one or a terrible one. That way I could go up to those people who need some more encouragement and say something to make their day a little better. Normally it's those people who are struggling in life or having a bad day that are the most friendly to strangers.
