#13248 I've been eating super healthy lately, balanced my fat, carbs, and protein and eliminated processed foods wherever possible. While not intentional, the diet is gluten free as there aren't any wheat products, doesn't matter as I don't have celiacs disease though. It's mostly chicken and quinoa, brown rice, spinach, carrots, and broccoli. There's oats, yoghurt and berries, citrus, and bananas... even walnuts, flaxseed, and whey protein...

BUT I WANT JUNK FOOD!!! SO BAD!!! I WANT TO DRINK A BIG POP WITH NO ICE, ICE CREAM AND CHOCOLATE, NOT DARK, THE UNHEALTHY KIND WITH OVER 20 INGREDIENTS THAT YOU SQUIRT FROM A BOTTLE!!! I WANT A CROISSANT COVERED WITH MAYONNAISE AND BUTTER, AND FUCK IT PUT SOME SUGAR ON THAT BITCH. THEN BRING ON A STEAK, SLATHERED WITH FRIES AND GREASE, AND A BEER OR THREE. THEN YOU WHAT I'M GOING TO DO?!!! GONNA GO DOWN TO DT KIRBY'S AND ORDER THE FUCKING MENU!!!!

On the bright side, this diet is stupid cheap, less than $60 bucks per week for complete nutrition... also, losing weight and building muscle.

#13247 I have seen a lot in my lifetime even tho I'm young. I've gone through the car crash, the abuse, some of the college and now, what do you know, the truth of life. It was a windy day when I saw a flyer on the school's hallway floor that told about a page called "The Truth Contest", and its top entry "The Present". So, I decided to check it out and read the top entry. Now I've gone through an intense transformation of perspective and I'm confused... But very fulfilled. Life is a ride. Enjoy it while you have it. :)

#13350 Asian-American women have the highest rate of depression among all race and gender demographics--ironically, I happen to be one. Indiana is also one of the most depressed states in the country. Life is a bitch sometimes, and CAPS never helped me. The ignorance and bigotry on this campus is truly depressing sometimes, but I will be strong and not let it affect me too much.
