I think it's just an excuse, sure some people are bigger than others..but I only ever hear girls with weight to lose say that. Also, I am a female as well. I used to think I was just built bigger, too. Then I worked hard, lost weight, and now I look great. That being said, if you're comfortable with a few extra pounds, more power to you. But call it what it is, don't make excuses.
