They shouldnt have to leave them locked but society has proven that they should lock them. Further more if you didnt want your valuables stolen you wouldnt leave your doors unlocked with your valuables gathered around the doors for an easy getaway. Again you should be able to leave your doors unlocked and all your valuables wherever you want but society has proven that is not the case. Lastly if you want to leave your doors unlocked with your valuables by the doors for an easy getaway you wouldnt announce in some way that you were out of your house for an extended period of time. Again because society has proven that if robbers know you are gone you are more likely to be robbed. society has proven you cant announce you being out of your house. Now if a person did all of the above wouldnt part of the blame be on them for helping the robber? I mean the above are pretty easy precautions to take that would help you out a lot on not getting robbed... some might get the analogy, others wont, and probably a lot of the people who do get it will rage their rant with very little reasoning skils.
