#14425 If you have depression, going to sleep early and waking up early really helps. It makes your mood so much better and you get way more energy throughout the day than if you stay up too late at night. If you have homework, just wake up early and do it rather than staying up till 2-3 in the morning. I've had depression for like 4 years now and even though this is not a cure for depression, it is a good way to be in a better mood and defeating depression for one day is better than nothing.
