#15776 So I decided to get a roommate this summer just to help out with things. We weren't like super close friends but I knew her well enough before hand to feel comfortable rooming with her. I am charging her less than a third of my rent price and work a full time job. She doesn't clean or take out the trash and is waiting until I do it, after working all day. Eats all my food and has 2 friends that pretty much live here too. Now none of this would bother me all that much if I hadn't already talked to her about it a few times. I don't want to kick her out but my utility bills have tripled since she (they) moved in and is now not wanting to pay rent anymore, because I can afford it. Anyone have any tactics that have worked with you with shitty roommates, before I ask her to leave?
