#16052 Fucking financial aid... My parents made more money this past year, so I don't qualify for a bunch of the aid I had last year. This results in me needing $11,000 of ParentPlus loans. I can't apply for said loans due to the fact that my parents credit is literally garbage. They can't afford to pay the difference because they still aren't rolling in money and have two college students and two kids still at home to take care of. I'm entering one of the more difficult semesters of my college career and I don't have the time to work a decent-paying job onto top of classes and research I've already agreed to do. My GPA isn't good enough for me to have gotten a bunch of scholarships to help out; apparently a 3.76 with a 4.0 the last two semesters in a competitive science major isn't good enough (go figure). I can't really apply for my own private loans because I don't have any credit, so I'm pretty much fucked. Anyone want to buy a kidney or something?
