#30296 I might have created a problem for myself via typos.

Sent some files to my new boss via email. Then sent em a message through facebook. in BOTH of the messages it looks like I typed in a way that sounds like I'm talking like a black person (I'm white). It's in a professional msg so it stands out a lot. In the email I typed "they" instead of "their" and in the facebook msg sent ten minutes later I typed "baby daddy" because I forgot to put the period after baby. So it DEFINITELY looks like I'm low key testing the waters to see if it's okay to make fun of black people. Fuck me, this is gonna be a headache. My boss seems like the kind of person who plays mental chess with you and makes a note of subtle things. I don't know her very well, so it's not like I can get off via knowing she knows I'm not that kind of person. Now my future interactions with her will probably be loaded with the context that I lowkey tried to proposition her to make fun of black people w/ me. God damn it.

#30277 I wish I had friends who share my sense of dark humor. Everyone is so sensitive these days. I think jokes on literally everything is fine and I don’t find offense to anything as long as the purpose behind it is to be a joke and not to intentionally hurt someone.

#30278 Why do girls expect so much from guys (has to be hot, fit, tall, funny, smart, rich) but when guys expect something it’s all like “girls don’t owe guys a damn thing”. Well, guys don’t owe girls a damn thing either. Of course the comments to this post will likely find a way to defend girls who expect things from guys.

#30279 I decided to take “Communication Within Relationships” this semester and I’m pleasantly surprised with how much I like it. The content is actually interesting, the professor is really nice as well as the classmates, and the room is filled with cute girls. Not sure what else could make it better honestly.

#30280 I've got a question for all you folks out there in a relationship. My girlfriend and I have been together for a couple years now. I love her so much, on most days she's like an angel to me. But there's some days, when she gets depressed, where she will lash out at me, sometimes pretty viciously. I try to be understanding and stay calm, but it's so exhausting to deal with her when she's like that. Is it normal for your SO to deal with sadness by intentionally getting angry so they don't have to feel sad? Is there any way I can help her deal with her feelings better? I don't want to lose her, but you know how it is, they always know just where to pry to make it hurt. I mean with words, God, it sounds like I'm saying she beats me, doesn't it?
