Last summer I was walking by the Union and I happened to look over at just the right moment to see this guy and girl on a motorcycle (on State Street where that curve is by Krannert). The dude went into the curve waaaay too fast and the bike hit the curb and flipped and they flew off. I stood there and laughed my ass off. I made no friends that day, to be sure. But the crash kept replaying over and over in my mind and I couldn't help but laugh at the thought of it. I know I'm terrible and there's something wrong with my brain. They seemed okay, so I'm glad for that. They walked away but their bike was towed. That probably ended the fun in their night real quick. I am now waiting for the day when Karma catches up with me and I get hit by a car or the bathtub in the apartment above mine falls through the ceiling when I'm in the shower, or something like that.
