#17227 Brace yourself, this will be a long one. To all you folks (I hope I'm not too late) who are in the housing search/will be sometime in the future... don't choose Fuse. They rope you in with "NEW APARTMENTS!" and "beautiful, modern amenities!" It's all bullshit. As far as I'm concerned,the only nice thing about this place has been location. I pay $759/month rent for a 4 bedroom (EACH one of us pays this much). For that I get internet that almost never works. Like, honestly, I'm surprised I managed to post this. I have TV that I hardly ever watch. You can be sure, however, that it hardly works as well. They went with Dish Network and it cuts out all the time. They don't even use Duke Energy. Some other out-of-town company which I'm pretty sure is some sort of strange scheme to get more money from us. Maintenance is disorganized. I would guess because the office is run by clowns, and has no idea how to handle anything. I have been hit with a $75 cleaning fee already, and charged for a table that I didn't lose. Had to send them pictures of the fucking table that they missed on their walk through. You know, the one I specifically pointed out to them because we had moved it. Oh, and the cleaning fee? The fuck. I haven't even moved out yet. I have been harassed by the office a number of times when they fuck up and forget to post rent/utilities online, and thus, I don't pay. And then I get to go back later and pay a double service fee because they didn't put the damn thing up the first time (you know, so I could pay it on time). For months on end, there was nobody working the front counter. That means you couldn't get your packages. You had to go to the office and wait for one of those twits to take the time out of their precious day to hobble down to the room and pull your shit out. I had a lady try to ask me to open a package in front of her to prove it was mine. My address was on the package, she just wasn't convinced apparently. And, sadly, none of this is made better by the chintzy, cheap furniture, broken pool table (after the first week!), karaoke machine that nobody knows how to use, or tiny little gym that we have access to. Maybe for some this isn't a big deal. I suppose if my parents were paying for this, I wouldn't give a shit. But that isn't the case. I paid for snake oil and that's what I got.

I love her but I feel like our relationship has run its course and I am beginning to develop feelings for someone else and desires to live my life and explore what is out there. She doesn't really put much effort into herself or the relationship anymore and its just tiring.
