#17470 I'm tired of reading these posts by liberal arts or management majors hate on engineers because we look down on you. I have never looked down on any non-engineer majors and the people who do probably are just trolls or are just doing it because they hate their major and think its too hard. I believe that you should pursue something you are passionate about and its unfortunate that so many engineers were probably forced into engineering by parents. Just because your major probably won't get you a $50,000 car or a big house but as long as you love what you do and are happy it doesn't matter. Most of the time, people who come off as successful with a big house and nice car are just trying to please their family or society but they are not really happy. You have only 1 life so why would you waste it trying to please other people? If you are not in engineering don't let engineers make you feel bad about your major because you probably are a lot happier now and will be a lot happier in the future. Engineers just like to bash on other people's majors because it makes them feel better about themselves.
