#19131 Today's incident that I watched was just too absurd. There was a guy trying to cross the Northwestern traffic light. He was standing in the middle of the crossing. All of a sudden, two people in a car passing by just decides to flip off at the guy for no reason. He was just standing there innocently and there was really no reason for that to happen. I watched his face as he was completely surprised at their actions. I am 100% positive this is a racist act and I simply cannot comprehend what I watched today. I felt super bad for the guy and I hope he's okay!
