#30480 It's a gun problem. It's a people problem. WHY CAN'T IT BE BOTH? No single person with a mental health problem should be able to own a gun, period. Second Amendment rights should not apply to people with mental health problems that are a danger to others. Its a right to bear arms, not murder people. Overall, this country SHOULD NOT BAN guns because people should be able to protect themselves (the only reason the Texas church shooter didn't kill more people is because a good guy with a gun killed the bad guy with the gun) BUT there should be restrictions on crazies like the Florida shooter. But overall, we also need to also focus on mental health and treat it. This is a people-problem too. The American youth is growing into a more insane, easily-offended, and less respectable generation. Guns used to always exist, less now than in the 20th century. But mass murders were not a problem. OPEN YOUR EARS PEOPLE. There isn't only one solution. It's not just black and white. There are multiple reasons that this is happening more and more, and there are multiple solutions. It's a gun and people problem. #WhyNotBoth
