Almost every time I try to make plans with people I get a passive-aggressive "maybe" or they just say "yeah sure" and then flake at the last minute. Then they get all offended and deny it if you try and call them out on it. Seriously people, if you dont want to just say no at the beginning rather than making people wait on you to make up your indecisive mind.

#19406 I don't bother getting in political debates with people anymore. I can argue their side better than they can, but I just sit their and smile. They wind up talking down to me, I just get irritated and think about the how my life is much better than theirs. At the end of the day, some poor college students having a conversation isn't going to change shit.

#19404 I've always been taught that you shouldn't get married until you can fully support yourself financially. I've been taught that your twenties are for self-discovery and that you'll change so much in the years between college graduation and 30 or so. So when I see people in their final year of college or in their first year out getting engaged, I can't help but think, "What are you doing? How can you possibly be ready to make a lifelong commitment to someone else, right now?" Of course, I would never say that, though.
