Rationale: Many religions have sects that take the beliefs to the extremes. Islam gives us ISIS such as Christianity gives us WBC. Some mainstream media outlets and conservatives like to classify all Muslims as being these radical Islamic militants, when in reality its about .000000001% hold these extremist beliefs. If this same thought process was used on the OT and Christians, you could come up with very similar stories.
