#30539 20180219 0830 this morning, I witnessed a white vehicle turning right from MGL to POTR approximately 25 to 30 mph. The vehicle took a sharp left turn to the pedestrian sidewalk located south of POTR and stopped on the south-west corner of POTR. One male left the passenger seat and ran inside WALC. Approximately 3 seconds later, the vehicle was attempting to get back on the service road from the pedestrian pathway. It appeared that the driver was either impaired or is not familiar with the concept of infrastructure that was constructed for motor vehicles. As the vehicle made successful entry to traffic lane north of BRWN, west of MGL, I began to record the vehicle’s departure away from me.
Please do not do what you did this morning. Sidewalks are for pedestrians in most countries. Purdue utility vehicles travel under 5 mph, you were going way too fast where people around me halted to look at what was going on.
I’ve noticed couple more violation of your vehicle which may case fine in the future. Please get the followings addressed.
- Indiana Code Title 9. Motor Vehicles § 9-19-19-3
- Indiana Code Title 9. Motor Vehicles § 9-19-19-4
- Indiana Code Title 9. Motor Vehicles § 9-18.1-4-4
P.S. Your temp plate is waterproof and wind resistant up to 130 mph.
