Maybe it's because I've had the majority of my professors a different race than myself throughout my entire school career, I just think it's straight up laughable and silly. I don't give a damn if the teacher is green, if they are the best person for the job, they are the best. And how would one go about seeking out only black professors? Or any race for that matter? "We'd love to hire you and are by far the most qualified person for this position. But I regret to inform you that you are not black enough for this job." That's a lawsuit written all over it.
