These "researchers" have a stake in proving their theories are superior to everything else, so they exploit participants' responses to mean something entirely different that they can force it down your throat as a "proof" their theory is true. They won't directly ask "do you believe in X?" But instead fuck your mind with all sorts of irrelevant questions and then somehow conclude from your responses, perhaps by reading your mind, whether you do in fact believe in X. I have seen this shit happen all the time.
