#30653 I'm curious, I think this area used to be a full loading zone. Then I began to see temp handicap parking space. Now it is all handicap parking space. But the stripes on the side is yellow-white which means it can be a parking space for loading purposes? Parking regulation master, what the hell is going on here? If it is handicap parking space with yellow-white stripes, does that mean this area can be used interchangeably for handicap parking or loading zone?

If it is a full loading zone, then why is the Purdue owned vehicle parked in a handicap zone?
