But I want to bake recipes for myself and friends and family. If you only share recipes with gelatin, I won't make those recipes. Instead I will watch them and be sad that it's not something I can make for people so you'll get less delicious food from me. So really, it's in your best interests to share vegetarian friendly recipes because then you have a better chance to get baked goods from your vegetarian friend.
