#23005 Last year, my grades were negatively impacted by extenuating circumstances, and I genuinely feel like that is the reason that I got so many grad school rejections. I am trying not to be bitter about it, but it hurts knowing that I am going to have to settle for my bottom choice school because it's the only place I was accepted. I know that it's a great university-even if it was the back up to my back up- and that I should be grateful that I was accepted anywhere at all, but a small part of me is just really struggling. I want to be happy for my friends without feeling so jaded.
