#22773 I posted an ad looking for a workout partner- not a trainer, but someone to just go to the gym with me and workout with me. I am an overweight female, but used to be a lot heavier. I have lost a lot of weight and can workout on most equipment just fine. The only response I got was from a douchebag that said, "I'll go with you- but how big are you? Send me a pic first- I don't want to be workout or be seen with someone who is too large". By no means am I saying other people are the reason I got fat or caused me to eat unhealthy or not go to the gym before- but it definitely reminds me of the reasons I never wanted to go to a public place to workout. I wish I could find someone who is in the same boat as me who is overweight and trying to get fit- or even a fit person who has no problem working out with someone with some weight on them.
