I always have because of being bullied when u was little and I'm slowly trying to get over it and lately I have actually been stopped by people so they could comment on my hair or my outfit or even a few people just telling me I'm really pretty. None of them know my story. None of them know I was having a horrible day and felt like crap about myself. But even just a comment from someone you don't know really could mean a lot and change someone's day atounf. So to the guys who are saying they were too shy to tell someone they thought they were pretty you really should just go for it. What's there to lose?
