#24313 I'm pretty sure the only reason why our "president" won't step down is because she's being paid. My thoughts, I don't really care what she does, but student government shouldn't get paid for their work period. Sorry it's just like a volunteer position on my book.

#24312 My best friend's 4 year old brother and mother were killed because of a drunk driver. Her world was shattered that night. Quit saying that drinking and driving isn't a big deal. I do not care if our A.S.M.S.U. President is a "good" person. She endangered the lives of innocents by getting in a car while that drunk. She could have used the streamline, called a friend, walked, called a taxi, etc. No she didn't kill anyone but she did break the law and for that she should be held responsible. I'm sorry if she would lose her PAID position over it, but honestly there should be consequences for actions.
