#32 The political correctness here is getting kind of unbearable for me. If you create a space where people are uncomfortable to say anything that might be mildly offensive-then that isn't really mitigating any problems, it's just hiding them. I understand initiatives to combat discriminatory remarks etc.. but I think pushing a dialogue about these issues would be FAR more informative and helpful in demonstrating the impact and value words have on different individuals.
