#515 I try to be an active participant in all of my classes, but when people roll their eyes or laugh with their friends when they don't agree with what someone is saying I loose the ability to speak up. I don't feel comfortable, and maybe I am just weak, but I don't like to feel personally attacked for venturing out of my comfort zone to answer a professor's question. And before people go off on this post, I am not talking about expressing my "unpopular opinion", I am saying simple things like what the point of an article was or what the next step in the equation is. I shouldn't feel bad for making mistakes, that's how we learn, and I never use to feel ashamed until I came here.
