Dogmatism and groupthink are way too prevalent on this campus

We need to have a release of sexual frustration on campus.

The white gays on this campus are so problematic. As a white gay, my friend group has a lot of white gay guys. Normally all of you act like sjws and are all about that equality, but the moment they get drunk or are alone with each other, they are the worst. I've literally sat through a conversation where people started asking each other if they've had sex with a black guy, or Latino, and being so happy for each other for having had that experience. I've seen my friends using "having had sex with an Asian guy" as a proud symbol that they don't subscribe to white standards lol.

I guess I should not be surprised that my own community fetishizes black and Latino guys and desexualizes Asians, but I just wish these people stop using their gay identity to act like they're heroes in fighting for marginalized people. Being gay does not mean you understand what it means to be a person of color you know what I mean?

being a senior without a job lined up is like lowkey the most anxiety inducing thing and makes me feel shitty about myself and terrified that I won't be able to do basic things like pay rent and eat

I hate that because I'm mixed, I feel that other people have more authority over my identity that I do. I want to claim my undeniable Hispanic identity, but feel restricted bc of how white passing I am.

The Macalester bell should have a little step stool nearby so I can finally ring that damn bell instead of jumping around like a fool
