#2499 I'm really thankful for my friends on campus who have saved me from going home with someone while I was very, very drunk. I never really appreciated it before, but I'm starting to realize how bad things could have turned out if they didn't decide to step in.

#2498 has anyone else noticed that the main question here (espec if you look at mac missed connections) is not whether or not someone is in a relationship, but rather whether they're straight/ queer / etc.? at this point, i operate on the assumption that everyone could be into anyone until told otherwise lol

#2497 I am proud to be an American citizen and I think its sad that that sediment is considered a controversial opinion on campus. Don't get me wrong, the US has done and continues to do some awful shit regarding minorities and other countries, but at the same time, why can't we appreciate the fact we live in a country where we can protest and vote and work towards changing that from within without fear of disappearing or winding up in a work camp? The poor American is still much better off than most of the poor people around the world, and women and minorities are also treated better than many other places around the globe. This isn't saying we should stop trying to push for equality since I think we should still keep fighting to continue to make America better and fairer for everyone, but I also believe its possible to do this while still appreciating and being proud of your country.

#2495 god i wish this school was more sexually liberal. or maybe it is and i'm missing out, but where's the kink and fet and polyamory? sometimes i just wanna be dommed or kneel for my fwb or go down on someone in front of everyone. that might be too extreme for macalester, but i've really only met a few people at this school who are up for even basic kink shit
