#1814 Confession: I am the cockroach rap tap tapping on your window to let me in. I am saying "please please" and you always say no. What is so bad about me, and what can I do to improve myself to get into your room? its not so much to ask, just a warm place to sleep and a crumb to eat!

#1812 Sometimes I think people here don't enjoy my company, sometimes I think people here genuinely do not find pleasure in being around me. this always makes me self conscious, but sometimes my self consciousness leads to important realizations. the other day, while thinking back on the past week, i came to realize that i have far too many legs for a human student. at the end of my thought i realized that the pincers that protrude from my jaws were not standard features for "regular" students. my elongated, scaly body is certainly different from the majority of those who i like to call friends. i have one hundred slimy, pointy legs that go tap tap tapping down the paths to class. lost in thought, i entertained a simple idea: the realization that I am a centipede and no one likes centipedes.

#1810 Professors at the Econ department need to start caring less about grades and more about what we actually know. They need to stop treating us like high school students!

#1809 So, "Blurred Lines" is in the news again. Why has no one addressed the blatantly ableist opening lyric? I'm sorry, but not everybody can just "get up." Some people are wheelchair-bound. Robin Thicke, please check your privilege. And while you're at it, you might as well check whatever other privileges you have.
