#2402 Sometimes I wonder what the discussion would be like if Cafe Mac's bread for toast and sandwiches was as terrible as the rice. I think some people honestly don't understand that for a lot of us, rice isn't an occasional food or something only eaten at restaurants. It's a basic staple food that's supposed to form the hot, comforting core of a meal. I understand that the staff works hard and not everything is going to be perfect, but wanting decent rice isn't always about being entitled. it's about having something that tastes like home, even a tiny bit. To end on a positive note, I was always a fan of installing a self serve buffet style rice cooker by East, with another in the back. Minimal effort and the lid would keep the rice from drying out.
