We should all be doing something else than this.

Even though I'm pretty average sized and people have told me I have a good body, throughout the day I constantly feel uncomfortable with my body to the point that when I'm in class or with friends a lot of the time I'm more concentrated on how my body looks than anything else and feel like I'm being judged whenever I eat anything that's not a salad in public. But whenever I try to tell someone, I feel like they won't believe me because I'm not really overweight and dress as if I were confident with my body.
