I think im going insane. so many things are irritating me that have never before. things my gf and my closest friends do are starting to push me away cuz my mind just twists things and blows them out of proportion. I hate when people are constantly saying they are there for me to talk to but yet i feel the only way i can really get things off my mind while keeping my friends from smothering me with "help" is if i talk to someone annonomously. anyone have any ideas on how i can do that? and please dont say something to do with church cuz im aethiest as well. well please comment if you guys have any suggestions

I'm in a relationship, and I truly love my boyfriend. We've been together for awhile now, and we're both really happy. Since this semester of college started, I've had a few sex dreams that are with different guys... They make me feel uncomfortable because I would never actually do anything like that. They also make me feel kind of bad/gulity, but I don't understand why since I cant control them, and I wouldn't ever act on them. Does anyone know what I can do to make them go away?
