Just a heads up for those of you applying to be an RA for next year, you'd better be able to show an arbitrary level of "diversity" in your life. Residential Life, as well as the rest of Hamline for that matter, seems to place more importance on this aspect than any other. In short, if you're a white heterosexual male, you've probably not experienced too much diversity in your life, so you will likely be overlooked. Just my advice to ya!
