Telling the CA's or submitting a work order about mold on the shower curtains gets nothing done. I told the cleaning lady directly and she instantly replaced them. This has applied to several other problems

I like to rearrange my room to my specifics, so when I lived in Weldon and noticed quickly that the HUGE bulky wardrobes were not only bolted to each other but also to the wall, I used tools to unbolt them and rocked them back and forth til they pulled out of the wall. I moved them back when I moved out and no one ever noticed and billed me.

I spent four years at Culver, joined a sorority and graduated with honors. I loved all four years there, but I used to think the education at Culver was just average, until I started working with students at other colleges, and realized that, compared to most schools, Culver is a goldmine. The professors care about the students, the student/teacher ratio is insanely high, and the quality of education is pretty dang good.
Yea, the food isn't always great, and the parking sucks, and sometimes the bathrooms are messy but TRUST ME, it is worlds better than many other colleges.
Other schools charge hundreds of dollars a semester for parking passes, and then you STILL have to park two miles from your dorm/class. And I really, REALLY need you to believe me when I say that bathrooms and dorms are not palaces on any college campus. Take it from someone living in the "real world" who has spent a lot of time on a lot of different college campuses. Culver is unique and, if you give it a chance, it's also a pretty amazing place to live.
Suck it up, and if you don't like it, get involved on campus and change things.

I eat CP everyday because I don't have very many friends here and I'm afraid that when I get to the cafe I won't have anyone to sit by. I had so many friends in high school. I miss it there. I know I need to get out of my comfort zone and just try, but I feel like I already missed the bus when all the new students got acquainted the first few weeks of school.
