#12648 So there's this guy that's recently been talking to me after years of no talking. We used to talk back in high school and then stopped and to be honest I completely forgot about him. So recently he's been talking to me nonstop, every night. And he's sweet and all, but he calls me babe or his "bella" which I don't really like because I only see him as a friend. I just recently got out of a long term relationship after which i was left destroyed and talking to him helps get all that hurt off my mind. However, I can't help but feel like I'm just using him as a distraction meanwhile I get over my ex. I just don't know how to tell him that I like our friendship but his insistence on something more is making me uncomfortable. He knows about the breakup and that I'm still in love with my ex, but he keeps insisting. How do I tell him that I want to keep contact with him, but he has to stop with the flirting, without sounding full of myself or like a bitch?
