I recall meeting my orientation group like it was yesterday. As we were going around introducing each other my eyes met those of a fellow wearing a striped shirt. "Hello, I'm from Minneapolis" were his words but all I heard was, "take me, I'm yours".
Boy, YOU FINE AS HELL! ;)

The moment I laid eyes on her at multicultural orientation... those yoga pants... that green tank top... the way she gazed at me over her glasses with annoyance and fatigue because that orientation was so fucking long... I knew she was the one. She'd be the one I'd spend all my time with, we'd hiss at the sky together and have sleepovers. I am in love with Kassandra Tyra.

I've never had more regrets than when I started college. I'm terrified that what I'm doing now isn't going to amount to anything and I'm going to end up a disappointment to my friends and family. If I could I would change the way I did everything.

I have a really negative opinion of the business major. Like I can understand why students would major in business, but I think it's a waste to go to an expensive liberal arts school and then major in business.

People need to stop blaming this school if they aren't having the college experience they want. If you're not happy, you have the power to change your own life, stop using a school as your scapegoat. Take responsibility for your own college experience and DO SOMETHING instead of blaming an institution. Be the change you want to see in the world, and stop complaining about EVERYTHING. Negativity breeds more negativity. If you're still THAT unhappy here, then LEAVE. Nobody is stopping you.

When I got breakfast today in Westie, Ellie told me she'd say a prayer for me. I know it may seem like something small, but it really helped me get through the day.
