Racism = Prejudice + Power.

So yes, you can feel like you are being judged for being white, or male, or straight.
But no, you cannot be racist towards a white person.
White people have all the power in this country, and without power, its just prejudice.

I'm sorry if you feel like your being judged for being white, or male, or straight, I really am. It sucks to feel judged or left out. And maybe Augsburg isn't the most inclusive campus in the world. But Augsburg does more than any other school to try to be an opening and accepting place.

People shouldn't be marginalizing your feelings, because they are your feelings and you are entitled to feel what you want.
But at the same time, realize that as a white, straight, male, you are in a position of power and privileged. If you are feeling judged, just imagine who people of color, or members of the LGBTQIA feel on a daily basis when they are judged by the majority of society.
