I just transferred this semester to Augsburg and am finding it difficult to meet new people. Any suggestions?

I realize this is a stretch and will probably only get hate responses but I thought I'd try.

I always see youtube videos or pictures of guys hanging out, doing stupid things, hanging out in their boxers or nothing, being funny and joining a male friend in the shower, guys deciding - I don't care, I'm going to cuddle with my best guy friend, or say I'm watching a movie with my best guy friend in his bed because we're cold.....anyways maybe I'm wrong but that's how I view guy's relationships with each other but I don't have that and really wish I did. Problem? I'm a bisexual male and therefore guys would probably only assume I want them for sex. I don't...I just want a guy friend that doesn't care about sexuality and is comfortable being himself, not caring what others think.

Let's get serious. College students are going to drink, and Augsburg is a wet campus. DPS, you're wasting your time busting parties, and reslife, you're wasting your time trying to prevent drinking. Therefor, I think DPS and reslife should find ways to keep the students safe, and not screw them with fines.

Augsburg, is in an extemely dangerous area with a lot of crime. Why doesn't DPS offer a sober cab within a perminter of the campus? This may be far fetched, but totally ethical. I'm sick of the crime alert emails, and I assume the rest of the student body is as well. DPS, your main concern shouldn't be busting students, it should be keeping them safe. We pay a lot of money to be here.
