The fact that there is a rampant go glamorization towards sexual violence and human trafficking on campus within a very specific social group is alarming. The fact that these individuals think it is acceptable to perpetuate sexual violence against those who have a life history of victimization is deplorable. How people can allow their social status and so called "power" allow them to dictate socialist standing and manipulation of others within the Hamline community is beyond me. I wish that we could overcome the high school aesthetic of campus and focus on the fact that we are young adults who are seeking to further studies in order to build a future careers. I am so over abuse, drama, and corruption. Can I be reimbursed my tuition dollars on the grounds of pain and suffering for this absurd pettiness?
