#3783 See this is what pisses me off. With this sexual assault/forcible rape that just occurred, the male will most definitely get the punishment and the girl will get so much attention and sorrow because she was the victim even though they were both intoxicated and they had been in a relationship before. Its just this time, she decided to wake up and for some reason, probably she decided she wanted to screw this guy over, to call campo and say she got raped. I'm in no way a sexist but us guys need to watch out at any time. Read the description of what constitutes rape: even if you are in a relationship with someone they can still say they got raped. Basically, if you and your girlfriend get drunk one night and have sex, she can wake up the next day and say "oh I'm such a victim" and completely ruin the guys life even if he has done nothing wrong. Keep on the lookout gentlemen, this kind of stuff happens to good, average males EVERYDAY. Its sad because now this guy will have to leave Rollins and the rest of his life will be plagued with this crime because some girl that was just has drunk as he was decided to say she got raped.
Technically anytime a drunk couple hooks up, the girl could wake up the next day and say she was raped. That is what is fucked up.
