"How bout we all just chiiiiilll?
MIT is full of smart, supportive, and CARING people.
Nobody here intends for their words or actions to hurt you. Nobody here is "after" you. These are just misunderstandings that stem from our differing backgrounds. This goes for guys and girls alike.
So when you feel oppressed because a mildly sexist joke was said, or you feel attacked by a feminist's opinions, just let it blow over you.
Nobody intends for you to feel that way. Not here at MIT. We all dream of a kinder, more beautiful world.
Don't let hate that doesn't exist in actuality exist in your mind. It only breeds resentment, which I've been seeing a lot here in the past few days.
Come on guys. :)"

"I wish I knew other people that did things like MDMA or 2C-B, but I imagine most of them would be in East Campus and most East Campus kids annoy the hell out of me. I hate potheads too. "

"Dear feminists,
It's okay for a woman to be a housewife. It's even okay for a woman to WANT to be a housewife. Historically, women have been keepers of the hearth, and it was their role in society to care for the home and children. Yet so often nowadays if a woman voices that she wants to take care of her home, husband and children, she's immediately looked down on by advocates of woman's rights who start screaming about how in this era a woman can do the same as man and a woman who is not career-oriented is not taken seriously.
Feminism is supposed to be about having a choice. My choice is that family comes before career. I consciously make this choice. Now leave me alone."
